Ladoo (Besan)
Detailed Besan Ladoo Recipe (Sattvik Style)
Besan Ladoo is a robust, granular, and intensely aromatic ball of roasted gram flour, ghee, and sugar. It is characterized by the deep, earthy, almost coffee-like aroma of heavily roasted besan, making it a staple offering across Indian temples.
