Translation: "Ojas is declared to be the supreme essence of all bodily tissues. It resides in the heart, pure, radiant, and sustaining life and vitality."

Protecting Developing Brains

In pediatric Ayurveda (Kaumara-bhritya), children have delicate digestion (sukumara Agni). Feeding them heavy alliums creates:

  • Restlessness, hyperactive behavior, and inability to concentrate.
  • Premature stimulation of sexual urges and emotional volatility.
  • Hyperacidity, colic, and skin eruptions (acne).

Generations of Vaishnava children raised on pure A2 cow milk, ghee, soaked almonds, mung beans, fresh paneer, and seasonal fruits grow up with sharp intellects, calm emotional poise, and deep spiritual inclinations.
