Stewardship

Environmental Stewardship: Sourcing with Respect

As devotees of Krishna, we recognize the Earth (Bhumi-Devi) as a sacred provider and treat her with respect.

The Philosophy

Sustainability is not a modern trend but a Vedic value. We try to use resources wisely, minimize waste, and support agricultural practices that do not harm the soul of the soil.

In the Kitchen

  • Zero Waste: Using vegetable scraps for compost or stock.
  • Organic: support local farmers who use natural, non-violent farming methods.

Spiritual Benefits

Stewardship develops a sense of interconnectedness with all of God's creation. It fosters gratitude and a sense of being a part of a larger, sacred ecosystem.
